Terms of Sale
- www.logsandgrills.com is an internet merchant providing "cash and carry" sales of merchandise for use in residential application in accordance with manufacturers instructions.
- As a Customer, you agree that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and that these terms and conditions govern all purchases made from www.logsandgrills.com and its subsidiaries.
- Customers must read and review all installation instructions and abide by manufactuers instructions regarding installation of product including, but not limited to, installation by qualified personnel in accordance with applicable codes.
- www.logsandgrills.com offers no warranty outside the warranty of the manufacturer, including warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, title, or suitability for a particular purpose.
- Customers agree that they have reviewed all installation requirements before ordering including, but not limited to, sizing requirements and other installation needs using the installation requirement information contained in the "Answer Center" on each item listing. www.logsandgrills.com will not accept returns of items that are not ordered properly due to installation requirements that are posted on the item listing.
Shipping
- www.logsandgrills.com, ships all orders FOB our dock, with title to merchandise passing to Customer when goods purchased are transferred to freight company.
- www.logsandgrills.com clearly states your total shipping charges on your invoice and on each item.
- All prices quoted on www.logsandgrills.com are for domestic shipping within the 48 contiguous US states.
- E-mail us for shipping quotes to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and other US terrritories (sales@logsandgrills.com).
- Canadian, and other international customers are welcome. E-mail us for freight quotes (sales@logsandgrills.com).
- For items shipped via parcel carrier, the shipping charges quoted include door to door delivery to the address you specify upon checkout. Customer is responsible for any special handling charges, re-routing of incorrectly entered addresses, etc.
- For items shipped via freight line, the shipping charges quoted include curbside delivery. Freight lines will not assist you in unloading truck, and will charge extra for liftgate delivery, inside delivery, garage delivery, etc. WE DO NOT INCLUDE THESE SERVICES IN THE QUOTED PRICES.
- If you require any special shipping services, you MUST request them before shipping. Customer is responsible for all non-requested delivery services added after shipment.
- Customers agree to completely inspect all shipments for damage, both visible and concealed in packaging BEFORE signing for product from freight carrier.
- If any damage to packaging of product is visible, note the damage on the paperwork BEFORE you sign for the product.
- Any claims for freight damge should be filed with the freight company.
Warranty
- Warranty claims should be filed directly with the us by e-mailing
warranty@logsandgrills.com and providing model number, serial number, your invoice/purchase information and a brief description of the problem. We will contact you to discuss a resolution.
We discourage you from contacting manufacturers directly, as they may require information you may not have, and hold times on consumer contact lines can be long. We strive to make any service you may need as quick and efficient as possible and have trained personnell on duty to help Monday-Friday 8AM to 4PM Central Time.

www.logsandgrills.com, will secure parts for you where applicable in accordance with manufactuer's warranty terms. Shipping charges to send parts to you, or return parts to the manufacturer are the responsibility of the Customer.
Returns

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

Contact us at returns@logsandgrills.com to request a return. Provide us the model number, serial number, and invoice number from your purchase as well as a daytime phone number. We will contact you to discuss the options for resolution of your return request.

Qualified reasons for return are limited to incorrect item shipments or recalled items. Remember, we will not accept returns of items that were not ordered properly due to sizing requirements, installation requirements or local code restrictions. All returns for any issue must be processed within 15 days of shipping. Returns after that time will not be accepted.

Buyer is responsible for all freight damage claims.

Customer is responsible for proper packaging and safe shipping of product back to www.logsandgrills.com, or our authorized agent.

Returns that do not arrive in resellable condition will be denied and returned to you freight collect.
- We cannot accept for return any item that shows signs of wear except in case of manufacturer's defects.

Return freight must be prepaid, shipped insured parcel post or UPS. Returns sent C.O.D. will not be accepted.
